National Sales and Marketing Manager
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting and coordinating dealers and maintaining sales targets and goals, tracking the growth and the progress of the leads who are assigned sales target, helping in identifying and locating areas of sales opportunities in the market, providing training to the sales force personnel, maintaining and updating various information on the product and customer feedback, periodical review and performance appraisal of the sales force team, building contacts with dealers, locating the demand for new product and services offered by the company in the market, seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products, generating intelligence of company competitors. Candidate will need to possess the following skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, self-motivated, can undertake traveling frequently. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing from an accredited business school or institute.
Accounts Receivable Clerk
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is required to have good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access). Good customer service, phone skills and willingness to work with flexible job capabilities in a fast paced constant changing manufacturing environment. Must be able to work well under pressure. Someone who is a quick learner and can work with little or no supervision. Be able to communicate with other departments. Some overtime may be required. Requirements include 12 months accounting experience.
Assistant Safety/Environmental Director
Job requires self-motivated individual willing to learn in a fast growing local company. Person applying must have completed 14 years of education or have work experience in OSHA standards and matters pertaining to Georgia EPD laws and regulations. This person will be responsible for safety, health and welfare of 200+ employees, in a manufacturing facility. Must be able to give Safety Meetings and educate employees on a daily basis pertaining to the Company rules and policies, OSHA laws and regulations, environmental issues, hazardous material handling, MSDS sheets, etc. Must have knowledge of CPR, standard first aid, and fire prevention. Applicants must have computer skills with some Excel experience and above average mathematics background. Works closely with management. Must have good communication skills. Must have valid driver’s license.
Auto Body Experience (for tooling department)
Waxing, sanding and buffing skills needed for the process of building new molds, making changes, and repairing existing molds.
Boat Building Laborers (Experience welcome but not necessary)
This job requires skills with power tools. Consist of wiring, mounting decks and consoles, building consoles, attaching rub rail, installing lights and other components.
Carpenters (Residential or Commercial)
Five or more years of experience including, electrical, plumbing, and framing from the ground up. Follow blue prints or other specifications, use tape measure, knowledge of building codes, hand eye coordination, use of hand and power tools, Quality Control.
Engineering/Compliance Specialist Assistant
Will need to know or be willing to learn NMMA/ABYC regulations. Application will be working directly with Design and Certification Manager to test and record data on boast and related arts to meet certification requirements. Will be working with Quality Control and manufacturing to create detailed engineering drawings to keep each department updated as new models are produced.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Broad knowledge of diverse boat systems.
- Logical, engineer minded individual that can understand and communicate the technical processes including the NMMA/ABYC standards. Drafting/drawing ability is a plus.
- Ability to handle long-term projects while effectively addressing the short term/immediate needs of the department.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. CAD Experience is a plus.
- Professional writing skill is a plus
- Preferred level of education - 2 to 4 years college with degree in engineering.
Some travel will be required to attend and participate in industry events and Certification meetings.
Facilities Maintenance Manager
Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
Develop and maintain a regularly scheduled preventative maintenance program.
Maintain an adequate and organized parts and supplies inventory.
Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the department.
Provide leadership to staff in training and developing to their full potential.
Facilitate all areas of maintenance staff management such as corrective action, attendance, scheduling, and other company policies.
Communicate directly with other managers the status of repair work-in-progress.
Perform building maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior building and ground maintenance involving electrical, mechanical, heating, plumbing, and carpentry work as necessary.
Responsible for but not limited to all maintenance and up keep in all the manufacturing facilities, motorized vehicles and grounds.

Marine Manufacturing Operations Manager
Is responsible or overall process of the production. The operations manager manages several supervisors working under the plant manager's supervision. The role of the operational manager is to provide leadership of logistics, materials, supply chain, planning and manufacturing functions and to manage these tasks directly. The operational manager's key challenge is to maintain production within specific guidelines for production efficiency, labor cost, product rework, waste amounts, and control of on-hold product. Duties and responsibilities: Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives. Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and providing solutions. Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications. Skills and Specifications: High-level leadership and decision-making skills. Able to motivate, influence, and train people. Able to interact with all professionals of Plant Management. Marine Outboard Motor Technician
This position is for an experienced mechanic that knows how to fix outboards intuitively. Should be able to look at the problem and know what parts are likely to be needed. While quality will be periodically checked, you will lead the work on your jobs, conferring with others when unsure.
- 3+ years’ experience in marine industry.
- Outboard qualifications from major marine manufacturer
- Experience repairing and repowering with Mercury, Yamaha, OMC and Honda
- Experience in rigging mechanical, electrical, and electronic marine systems
- Able to work in tight spaces and perform moderate to heavy lifting

Marine Upholstery Manager
This position requires a person with full knowledge of marine upholstery including but not limited to design, training, patterns, organizational skills, great communication skills, computer literate, to over see all manufacturing & production of all upholstery. Must have at least 5 years experience.
Product Line Supervisor

Qualifications: Associates Degree in a related field and Five (5) years of purchasing/material management experience in a Mid-level manufacturer or; an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge and experience with a mid-level ERP system in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
Quality Control Personnel
Inspect product from start to finish making sure that product meets all requirements and standards. Individual must be detailed oriented to include identifying flaws, and/or defects. Must have valid driver’s license and 12 months Quality Control/Quality Assurance Experience on a recent job.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets. Follow up on new leads and referrals. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Monitor account inventory levels. Spray Gun Operators
Using a spray gun to shoot resin and fiberglass building the boat in the mold. Laminators roll out the fiberglass removing air to eliminate air pockets.
Must have valid driver’s license. Will be stocking shelves, filling orders for the plants, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
Take calls from dealers and consumers concerning warranty issues. This person will also co-ordinate warranty repairs.
