HAND-LAMINATED CONSTRUCTION

With every Sea Chaser, only the leading suppliers are used, ensuring that only the best possible raw materials go into our boats. Our boats are constructed with absolute quality control. The key component is our full fiberglass stringer system with foam-filled cavities encapsulated with fiberglass to eliminate water pockets. All Sea Chaser models are foam-filled with one hundred percent composite materials—and no wood to rot.

Closed cell foam is injected into the stringers and hull to form a virtually unsinkable boat. Pre-cast, high-density foam blocks are used to build the structure of Sea Chaser decks. The deck and hull are bonded together using a fiberglass and resin mixture, effectively forming a single unit.

Sea Chasers are hand laminated using a combination of woven roving and tri-directional fiberglass that allows for a solid and rigid hull. The fiberglass is hand rolled to eliminate air pockets, resulting in a permanent bond with the gel coat. Each process is carefully inspected to ensure the overall quality of each Sea Chaser.
