Tampa Bay Watch, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit stewardship program dedicated exclusively to the protection and restoration of the marine and wetland environments of the Tampa Bay estuary through scientific and educational programs. Without our Carolina Skiffs we simply would not be able to accomplish our project goals. Anything from seagrass restoration, oyster bar restoration to educational programs require the Skiffs. Thanks for building solid boats that help us restore the Tampa Bay Estuary.

Stepped up to the 218 DLV from the 18 JVX with great results. Love the dry ride and added room. I highly recommend this boat for all around fishing, shallows or ocean fishing!!!

Traded our 2010-18JVXCC for a 2011-218DLV in June and already have over 70 hours on it! We don't move often, stay put and fish, but go at least weekly. Love this boat! Ride is smooth and dry and great in the rough ocean.

This photo is of my Carolina Skiff SRV; Without a doubt the finest rescue boat ever made!!! The boat is used in competions and rescues all over the southeast, and in actual emergency situations as needed. I love to show it off!!!!! We also have a J12 we use as a utility boat to handle all types of duties. Please google/bing Phil Martin water ski for more info......Thanks for building such a great boat, I'm a forever fan

My Background: In 1980 I founded a non-profit sports training program under the name of Adaptive Aquatics Inc. and we traveled all around the southeast promoting waterskiing for spinal cord injuries and tramatic brain injuries, along with any other disabilities wanting to join in on the fun.

As the sport grew, we began offering competions that included all aspects of water skiing, slalom, tricks, and jumping. In 1989 we held the first ever world disabled water ski tournament in the United States. In 1993 I coached the USA team to a gold medal in France at the first ever world sanctioned by the World Water Ski Federation. The sport of disabled water skiing was now a world wide event with over 30 countries sendind teams and competing.

In 1994,after working with people with disabilities for over 16 years, I was diagnosed wth Multiple Sclerosis. I had to rearrange how I live. In 1999, I retired from my hectic pase at Adaptive Aquatics and I now run a disabled sailing program for Special Olympics Georgia, located in my home town of Macon on Lake Tobesofkee.

Through my involvement with this program I have taken developmentally disabled athletes all over the world to compete in sailing and I served as Chief Safety Officer at the sail venue in Dublin, Ireland during the 2003 World Games. Water safety has always been my speciality. I am proud to have never had a water safety relatatedinjury at any of my programs.
