Position Title: Human Resource Assistant
Description:
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance and dates of and reasons for terminations. Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants. Request information from previous employers and other references in order to determine applicants’ employment acceptability. Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer to supervisors for their review. Conduct interviews of applicants along with supervisors. Inform job applicants of their acceptance of rejection of employment. Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker’s compensation plans. Prepare badges for identification and time keeping purposes. Prepare weekly payroll Certificate and or at least 5 years previous Human Resource Experience required Previous manufacturing background preferred.

Position Title: Marine Manufacturing Operations Manager
Description:
Is responsible for overall process of the production. The operations manager manages several supervisors working under the plant manager's supervision. The role of the operational manager is to provide leadership of logistics, materials, supply chain, planning and manufacturing functions and to manage these tasks directly. The operational manager's key challenge is to maintain production within specific guidelines for production efficiency, labor cost, product rework, waste amounts, and control of on-hold product. Duties and responsibilities: Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives. Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and providing solutions. Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications. Skills and Specifications: High-level leadership and decision-making skills. Able to motivate, influence, and train people. Able to interact with all professionals of Plant Management. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Position Title: Advertising Director
Description:
General Purpose: To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Job duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate all marketing, advertising and activities. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Help develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Design ads – Graphic Design Skills. Coming up with catch phrases. Position Title: Quality Control
Description:
Job Description: Inspect product from start to finish making sure product meets all requirements and standards in the boat building process. Ensure that the quality standards are met by every component of the product or service provided by the company. Quality Control Job Duties include but are not limited to: • Monitor the development of all products manufactured by the company. • Monitors every process involved in the production of product manufactured. • Ensure the quality of purchased goods as well as finished goods. • Recommend reprocessing of the low quality products. • Responsible for the documentation of inspection processes and protocols used within the company. • Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and also make recommendation to higher authorities.
