Position Title: Marine Manufacturing Operations Manager
Is responsible or overall process of the production. The operations manager manages several supervisors working under the plant manager's supervision. The role of the operational manager is to provide leadership of logistics, materials, supply chain, planning and manufacturing functions and to manage these tasks directly. The operational manager's key challenge is to maintain production within specific guidelines for production efficiency, labor cost, product rework, waste amounts, and control of on-hold product. Duties and responsibilities: Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives. Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and providing solutions. Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications. Skills and Specifications: High-level leadership and decision-making skills. Able to motivate, influence, and train people. Able to interact with all professionals of Plant Management. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Salary Range: Depends upon experience
Position Title: Marine Upholstery Manager
This position requires a person with full knowledge of marine upholstery including but not limited to design, training, patterns, organizational skills, great communication skills, computer literate, to over see all manufacturing & production of all upholstery. Must have at least 5 years experience.

Position Title: Warranty Clerk
Carolina Skiff is looking for a person that is a quick learner and professional to take calls from dealers and consumers concerning warranty issues. This person will also co-ordinate warranty repairs. Skills required: Microsoft Office--Especially Excel and Access (previous experience with Access preferred), Experience with email (outlook), Be able to follow proper phone etiquette, Keep a good filing system, Follow procedures and directions, Self-motivated, Good personality, and detail oriented.
Salary Range: Based upon experience
Position Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is required to have good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access). Good customer service, phone skills and willingness to work with flexible job capabilities in a fast paced constant changing manufacturing environment. Must be able to work well under pressure. Someone who is a quick learner and can work with little or no supervision. Be able to communicate with other departments.
Some overtime may be required.
Requirements include 12 months accounting experience.

Position Title: Quality Control / Sales Assistant
Job Description: Inspect product from start to finish making sure product meets all requirements and standards in the boat building process. Ensure that the quality standards are met by every component of the product or service provided by the company.
Quality Control Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Monitor the development of all products manufactured by the company.
• Monitors every process involved in the production of product manufactured.
• Ensure the quality of purchased goods as well as finished goods.
• Recommend reprocessing of the low quality products.
• Responsible for the documentation of inspection processes and protocols used within the company.
• Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and also make recommendation to higher authorities.
Sales Assistant Job Duties include but not limited to:
• Attend Boat Shows (Must be willing to travel)
• Speak with Boat Dealers
• Track / Inventory product.
Previous Quality Control and Sales Experience required
High School Diploma
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skills / MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Spreadsheet report building skills (MS Excel)
Problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Communication Skills (communicate with staff professionally and respectfully
