Position Title: Entry Level Cost Accountant
Description:
Individual will work in the area of inventory cost in a manufacturing facility. Gather data through observation of production process, document process, conduct cycle counts of inventory purchased parts and enter data for daily, weekly and monthly reports. Before Software Implementation: Assist with companywide conversion to mid-level software system, Syteline. Validate data and enter data. Complete special projects as directed by the software implementation team. After Software Implementation: Assist with cost audits of bill of materials and inventory valuation. Perform cycle counts, reconcile, and report variances. Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assist with gathering data for annual budget. Assist with annual audit, annual physical inventory. Perform tasks as directed by company cost accountant . Required Attributes: Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the organization. Basic understanding of inventory movement in a production facility. Will report to company cost accountant.

Position Title: Cost Accountant
Description:
Experienced cost accountant to maintain and improve reporting and analysis of inventory cost in a manufacturing facility. Accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting of direct, indirect costs and variances. Develop, present, and implement cost saving initiatives. Continuously improve the process with creative solutions. Specific Duties: Before Software Implementation: Assist with companywide conversion to mid-level software system, Syteline. Validate data, write procedures, work with system users to diagnose issues, respond to questions, and set procedures utilizing fully integrated manufacturing software. After Software Implementation: Develop procedures to obtain the accurate costing, reporting, and analysis of inventory through the production process and also the end of period cost of goods manufactured. Gather information from production process i.e.; weigh material, identify purchased parts, conduct time studies to validate standard cost system and update bill of materials. Develop timely and meaningful analysis of material, labor and indirect overhead variances. Educate, communicate, and respond to plant managers and president. Complete end of month closing activities including cost of goods sold, calculation of work-in-process and explanation of variances. Required Attributes: Complete understanding of inventory movement in a manufacturing process utilizing standard cost system. Five plus years work experience in a manufacturing facility conducting month-end close process, analysis of variances, annual physical inventory, and cycle count program. Experience with a mid-range fully integrated ERP software system. Ability to analyze and explain financial statements to include variances in a timely, logical manner. Creative suggestions for continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in accounting. Desired Attributes: Software system conversion experience. Cost Accountant to work with current cost accountant on staff with indirect report to chief financial officer and direct report to President/Company owner.

Position Title: Safety/Environmental Personnel
Description:
Job requires self-motivated individual willing to learn in a fast growing local company. Person applying must have work experience in OSHA standards and matters pertaining to Georgia EPD laws and regulations. This person will aid in the safety, health and welfare of 180+ employees, in a manufacturing facility. Must be able to give Safety Meetings and educate employees on a daily basis pertaining to Company rules and policies, OSHA laws and regulation, environmental issues, hazardous material handling, MSDS sheets, etc. Must have knowledge of CPR, standard first aid, and fire prevention. Applicants must have computer skills with some Excel experience. Will work closely with management. Must have good communication skills. Must have valid driver's license.

Position Title: Quality Control
Description:
Will be inspecting product from start to finish making sure that product meets all requirements and standards. Individual must be detailed oriented to include identifying flaws and/or defects, self motivated, and able to work with little or no supervison. Must have a valid driver's license as well as 12 months Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience on a recent job.

Position Title: Pontoon Boat Building
Description:
Seeking an exceptional individual who wants to grow and be part of one of the strongest brand name recognitions in the Boating Industry.
