Position Title: IT Support/Web Designer/Consumer Service
Duties include but not limited to :
IT support with knowledge of MS Windows base network and network security, MS certification is a plus. Will maintain MS Server, maintain redundant backup system(s), troubleshoot and repair to computer hardware, troubleshoot and repair to LAN/WAN, maintain and troubleshoot all Microsoft Office products. Social Media. Individual will need skills with Web Design and web data collection. Consumer service skills to answer calls from consumers and help them with questions about our product.
Position Title: Manufacturing-Purchasing-ERP Assistant
Requirements: Strong Computer skills with office and some Basic ERP/MRP Experience, strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, basic experience with how operating systems work (example: Manufacturing Process, Inventory, Puchasing and/or Costing). Professional in appearance and Mental Aptitude. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with others is a Must. A quick learner with excellent research skills. Job Description: Working directly under the Systems Architect/Project Manager from an embedded position on the Maunfacturing Floor, Purchasing Platform, receiving docks, and/or any other specific work Center requiring hands on Due Diligence. Learning, studying and acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills needed to the daily manufacturing operations and to assist the design and implementation of a highly sophisticated ERP/MRP operating System. Taking personal responsibility for the Timely and direct input of all findings and recommendations into a professionally written and electronically formatted reporting system.
This position will require the Candidate to work side by side with floor operations in order to best understand the process, getting dirty, handling raw materials, cleaning, fabricating, and listening to those that know the processes, taking detailed notes and written observations, periodically dusting off and attend system planning meeting to convey the newly learned or observed processes. This position will then upon the finished design, be directly responsible for the training and monitoring of its electronic implementation back into the physical manufacturing environment. This position is a ground level opportunity for the right candidate to take ownership of a Process that he/she assisted in designing, building, implementing and eventually managing.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent GED, combined with 2 years College or Trade School, or 4 years Active Military duty (Honorably Discharged) or 4+ Years of Strong Manufacturing Experience. Strong computer Skills (Example: Microsoft Office, Excel, Auto Cad is a Major Plus but not required).

Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Conducting and coordinating with dealers and maintaining sales targets and goals, tracking the growth and the progress of the leads who are assigned sales target, helping in identifying and locating areas of sales opportunities in the market, providing training to the sales force personnel, maintaining and updating various information on the product and customer feedback, periodical review and performance appraisal of the sales force team, building contacts with dealers, locating the demand for new product and services offered by the company in the market, seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products, generating intelligence of company competitors. Candidate will need to possess the following skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, self-motivated, can undertake traveling frequently. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing from an accredited business school or institute.

Position Title: Manufacturing Cost Accountant
Manufacturing cost accountant to maintain and improve reporting and analysis of inventory cost in a manufacturing facility. Accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting of direct, indirect costs and variances. Develop, present, and implement cost saving initiatives. Continuously improve the process with creative solutions.Develop procedures to obtain the accurate costing, reporting, and analysis of inventory through the production process and also the end of period cost of goods manufactured.
Will be working in the plant facility to gather information from production process i.e.; weigh material, identify purchased parts, conduct time studies to validate standard cost system and update bill of materials. Develop timely and meaningful analysis of material, labor and indirect overhead variances. Complete end of month closing activities including cost of goods sold, calculation of work-in-process and explanation of variances.
Complete understanding of inventory movement in a manufacturing process utilizing standard cost system. Five plus years work experience in a manufacturing facility conducting month-end close process, analysis of variances, annual physical inventory, and cycle count program. Experience with a mid-range fully integrated ERP software system. Ability to analyze and explain financial statements to include variances in a timely, logical manner. Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Will report to Chief Financial officer and direct report to President/Company Owner.

Position Title: Safety/Environmental Personnel
Job requires self-motivated individual willing to learn in a fast growing local company. Person applying must have work experience in OSHA standards and matters pertaining to Georgia EPD laws and regulations. This person will aid in the safety, health and welfare of 180+ employees, in a manufacturing facility. Must be able to give Safety Meetings and educate employees on a daily basis pertaining to Company rules and policies, OSHA laws and regulation, environmental issues, hazardous material handling, MSDS sheets, etc. Must have knowledge of CPR, standard first aid, and fire prevention. Applicants must have computer skills with some Excel experience. Will work closely with management. Must have good communication skills. Must have valid driver's license.
