Position Title: Administrative Sales Assistant
Description:

Position Title: Human Resource Assistant
Description:
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations. Is responsible for overall process of the production. The operations manager manages several supervisors working under the plant manager's supervision. The role of the operational manager is to provide leadership of logistics, materials, supply chain, planning and manufacturing functions and to manage these tasks directly. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
