Position Title: Quality Control / Sales Assistant
Job Description: Inspect product from start to finish making sure product meets all requirements and standards in the boat building process. Ensure that the quality standards are met by every component of the product or service provided by the company.
Quality Control Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Monitor the development of all products manufactured by the company.
• Monitors every process involved in the production of product manufactured.
• Ensure the quality of purchased goods as well as finished goods.
• Recommend reprocessing of the low quality products.
• Responsible for the documentation of inspection processes and protocols used within the company.
• Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and also make recommendation to higher authorities.
Sales Assistant Job Duties include but not limited to:
• Attend Boat Shows (Must be willing to travel)
• Speak with Boat Dealers
• Track / Inventory product.
Previous Quality Control and Sales Experience required
High School Diploma

Position Title: Certification Manager
Monitor the building process to ensure that all vessels meet US Coast Guard Regulations as well as the current American Boat and Yacht requirements of National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). Familiarize yourself with the Standards and Technical Information Reports for small craft. This is the regulation book put out by ABYC and NMMA. This book is intended as a guide to aid manufacturers in construction and design of small craft. This is known as the Blue Book. Spot check plumbing, electrical, etc. to make sure regulations are being followed. Verify that all existing components and new components that are installed are NMMA certified. Maintain any and all reports required by the NMMA. Attend the NMMA training seminar annually in December. Be present with NMMA Inspector when conducting their annual inspection and make any corrections pointed out by the inspector. Note corrections on NMMA inspection report and return to NMMA. Update yearly model report to NMMA. Register any new models with NMMA. Figure capacity rating for new product. Good communication skills, good computer skills and other duties as assigned. Valid driver's license.
Position Title: IT Support/Web Designer/Consumer Service
Duties include but not limited to :
IT support with knowledge of MS Windows base network and network security, MS certification is a plus. Will maintain MS Server, maintain redundant backup system(s), troubleshoot and repair to computer hardware, troubleshoot and repair to LAN/WAN, maintain and troubleshoot all Microsoft Office products. Social Media. Individual will need skills with Web Design and web data collection. Consumer service skills to answer calls from consumers and help them with questions about our product.
Position Title: Manufacturing-Purchasing-ERP Assistant
Requirements: Strong Computer skills with office and some Basic ERP/MRP Experience, strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, basic experience with how operating systems work (example: Manufacturing Process, Inventory, Puchasing and/or Costing). Professional in appearance and Mental Aptitude. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with others is a Must. A quick learner with excellent research skills. Seeks and Enjoys complex challenges with Just Rewards.
Job Description: Working directly under the Systems Architect/Project Manager from an embedded position on the Maunfacturing Floor, Purchasing Platform, receiving docks, and/or any other specific work Center requiring hands on Due Diligence. Learning, studying and acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills needed to the daily manufacturing operations and to assist the design and implementation of a highly sophisticated ERP/MRP operating System. Taking personal responsibility for the Timely and direct input of all findings and recommendations into a professionally written and electronically formatted reporting system.
This position will require the Candidate to work side by side with floor operations in order to best understand the process, getting dirty, handling raw materials, cleaning, fabricating, and listening to those that know the processes, taking detailed notes and written observations, periodically dusting off and attend system planning meeting to convey the newly learned or observed processes. This position will then upon the finished design, be directly responsible for the training and monitoring of its electronic implementation back into the physical manufacturing environment. This position is a ground level opportunity for the right candidate to take ownership of a Process that he/she assisted in designing, building, implementing and eventually managing.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent GED, combined with 2 years College or Trade School, or 4 years Active Military duty (Honorably Discharged) or 4+ Years of Strong Manufacturing Experience. Strong computer Skills (Example: Microsoft Office, Excel, Auto Cad is a Major Plus but not required).
Salary Range: Depends on Experience
Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Conducting and coordinating with dealers and maintaining sales targets and goals, tracking the growth and the progress of the leads who are assigned sales target, helping in identifying and locating areas of sales opportunities in the market, providing training to the sales force personnel, maintaining and updating various information on the product and customer feedback, periodical review and performance appraisal of the sales force team, building contacts with dealers, locating the demand for new product and services offered by the company in the market, seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products, generating intelligence of company competitors. Candidate will need to possess the following skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, self-motivated, can undertake traveling frequently. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing from an accredited business school or institute.
