Position Title: Marine Manufacturing Operations Manager
Is responsible or overall process of the production. The operations manager manages several supervisors working under the plant manager's supervision. The role of the operational manager is to provide leadership of logistics, materials, supply chain, planning and manufacturing functions and to manage these tasks directly. The operational manager's key challenge is to maintain production within specific guidelines for production efficiency, labor cost, product rework, waste amounts, and control of on-hold product. Duties and responsibilities: Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives. Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and providing solutions. Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications. Skills and Specifications: High-level leadership and decision-making skills. Able to motivate, influence, and train people. Able to interact with all professionals of Plant Management. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Position Title: Marine Upholstery Manager
This position requires a person with full knowledge of marine upholstery including but not limited to design, training, patterns, organizational skills, great communication skills, computer literate, to over see all manufacturing & production of all upholstery. Must have at least 5 years experience.

Position Title: IT Support/Web Designer/Consumer Service
Duties include but not limited to :
IT support with knowledge of MS Windows base network and network security, MS certification is a plus. Will maintain MS Server, maintain redundant backup system(s), troubleshoot and repair to computer hardware, troubleshoot and repair to LAN/WAN, maintain and troubleshoot all Microsoft Office products. Social Media. Individual will need skills with Web Design and web data collection. Consumer service skills to answer calls from consumers and help them with questions about our product.
Position Title: Sales
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets. Follow up on new leads and referrals. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Monitor account inventory levels. Other duties as assigned. Individual will participate in marketing events such as: Boat Shows, Seminars, Trade Show and Marketing Events. Minimum of 5 years Inside or Outside marine sales and or relevant sales experience. Desire a working knowledge of marine industry. Excellent communication skills: Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver's license. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

Position Title: Purchasing Manager
Formulates departmental goals, stategies, operating policies, procedures and directs the implementation of approved and/or recommended changes. Makes recommendations on employees regarding employment, performance appraisal(s), salary, promotions, transfers, or terminations. Insuring productivity levels are maintained to Company standards, monitors staffing levels and financial parameters for entire department. Guides personnel to achieve optimum performance level. Negotiates and issues purchase orders. Maintains Accurate and current vendor information. Interviews vendor(s) agents, investigates, and provides credible recommendations concerning part(s), cost of, performance of, and availability of, new technology and processes as they become available. Consistently seeks to better effect, Cost Savings, Production Improvements and General Manufacturing Efficiencies. Establishes inventory levels, raw materials, and component parts ensuring smooth operational consistency to and from Production and Sales. Understands with proficiency, cycle counting, materials usages, units of measure conversion and backflushing. Oversees the return and disposition of rejected receipts, obsolete, damaged or surplus materials, Directs and controls the process of purchase orders/debit memos. Audits open purchase order reports. Approves invoices for payment. Maintains vendor rating system. Superior Managerial, Verbal and Written communication skills.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in a related field and Five (5) years of purchasing/material management experience in a Mid-level manufacturer or; an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge and experience with a mid-level ERP system in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
