I call my DLX the water grader.
I have owned a lot of different boats. Two years ago I bought a DLX 178. this boat is by far the best boat that I have ever owned. It is an all around boat; I fish in salt and fresh water. In low tide areas it doesn't bounce around on the smaller waves it just grades right through them... I call it the water grader.

The best watercraft we have EVER owned.
We have a cabin on an island on Rainy Lake in Ontario Canada. It is 14 miles to any landing and we must bring in everything by boat. We use our Carolina Skiff for hauling people materials and equipment, fishing and just plain fun. It is the best watercraft we have EVER owned. I have attached some pictures of the boat in action.
